AKAMAI RETURN POLICY

Exchanges / Store Credit (Limited)

  • Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition
  • No refunds will be issued on wholesale orders
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

 Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  • Please include photos, order number, and description of the issue
  • Approved claims will be resolved with replacement or store credit, at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance merchandise
  • Custom styles, special orders, or custom colorways
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
