AKAMAI RETURN POLICY

Exchanges / Store Credit (Limited)

  • Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition
  • No refunds will be issued on wholesale orders
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

 Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  • Please include photos, order number, and description of the issue
  • Approved claims will be resolved with replacement or store credit, at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance merchandise
  • Custom styles, special orders, or custom colorways
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

Wholesale Buyer Access

Approved retailers, resorts, boutiques, gift shops, and beach stores can log in to view wholesale catalogs, pricing, and ordering options. Use the email address we have on file and Shopify will send a secure login code.
