AKAMAI RETURN POLICY
Exchanges / Store Credit (Limited)
- Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all original tags attached
- Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition
- No refunds will be issued on wholesale orders
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
- Please include photos, order number, and description of the issue
- Approved claims will be resolved with replacement or store credit, at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale, discounted, or clearance merchandise
- Custom styles, special orders, or custom colorways
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
